With over 22 years in the salon industry, Caitlin Crumpler embodies dedication, experience, and a deep love for the craft. Born and raised in Palm Beach, Florida, she began her journey at the renowned Frédéric Fekkai Salon, where she developed her foundation as a color assistant and discovered a passion for high-end client care.
After earning her cosmetology license in 2006, Caitlin continued to grow within the industry, learning every layer of the salon world from the ground up. In 2013, she joined Red Market Miami, training directly under founders Jean Marc Durante and Reynald Ricard, an experience that shaped her commitment to teamwork, precision, and creativity.
