We are not near Bal Harbour — we are in it. Red Market sits on the third level of Bal Harbour Shops, the open-air centre at 9700 Collins Avenue that has anchored the village since 1965. For residents of the Bal Harbour towers along Collins and the Harbour House side, that means an appointment is a walk or a two-minute drive, not an expedition across the causeway.
