Surfside runs from 88th to 96th Street, which puts its northern edge directly across the road from us. For anyone living on Harding Avenue or the Surfside beachfront, Red Market is the closest French colour salon there is — close enough that a fair number of our Surfside guests simply walk up Collins rather than move the car.
The town has a particular rhythm we have learned to work with. Surfside is quieter and more residential than the towers to the north, with a large year-round community rather than a seasonal one, and a significant observant Jewish population around the Shul of Bal Harbour. That means real demand for Friday-morning appointments that finish well before sundown. If you need one, say so when you book and we will schedule with that in mind.
It also means a lot of repeat visits. Surfside guests tend to book on a rhythm — a gloss every six weeks, balayage twice a year — and you are welcome to book your next appointment with the same stylist before you leave.
