Cuts and styling are priced by service, and color is priced by consultation rather than off a fixed chart — because two guests asking for the same thing can need very different work. Your artist starts with a real consultation — your hair history, your routine at home, and the exact result you are picturing — before any work begins. From there they create it, explain how to keep it looking its best, and help you plan your next visit.

Red Market Miami is by appointment so your artist can give you their full, unhurried attention. The easiest way to secure a time — including same-week openings — is to book online, and we will always try to accommodate a walk-in when the schedule allows.

For most guests, every 6 to 8 weeks keeps a precision cut looking sharp and the shape intact. Longer, lived-in styles can stretch to 10 to 12 weeks. Your stylist will recommend a rhythm based on your hair type and the look you want to maintain.

French balayage is painted freehand, directly onto the hair, reading how the light falls and how you actually wear it. The result is soft and lived-in rather than striped, and it grows out without a hard regrowth line — so you can stretch the time between appointments. It is the tradition our French-founded team has practiced for decades.

Yes. Our treatment menu includes smoothing and keratin services, glossing, bond-building, and deep restorative masks. Your specialist assesses the condition of your hair and tailors the treatment — whether you want frizz control through Miami humidity or to protect and revive color-treated hair.

We do. Alongside hair, we offer refined manicure and pedicure care, tailored brow shaping, and lash extensions — so you can complete the whole look in one calm, unhurried visit while you are already at the Shops.

We are on the 3rd level of Bal Harbour Shops, at 9700 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, FL 33154. Bal Harbour Shops offers valet and self-parking, so you can arrive, park, and come straight up to the salon.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so we can offer the time to another guest. You will receive a confirmation when you book online, and you can call the salon any time to reschedule.
