What a gloss does
A gloss, also called a toner, is a finishing service. It is applied after color or on its own, and its job is tone and shine rather than lift. If your color is close but reads a little warm, flat or dull between visits, the gloss is usually the service that corrects it.
It is not a substitute for single process color. If you want coverage or a real shade change, say so at the consultation, because that is a different service at a different price: single process is $150, or $160 in ammonia-free INOA.
Hair glossing prices in Miami
Gloss and toner is $95 for 30 minutes as a standalone service. Added to a color service on the same visit it is $55 for 15 minutes. Both are on our menu at exactly these prices, so the number here is the number you are charged.
Two other shine and condition services sit on the same menu and are often booked alongside a gloss: OI Liquid Luster is $45 for 5 minutes for surface shine, and the Davines Custom Infusion is $55 for conditioning. They are not the same service as a gloss, so ask which one your hair actually needs rather than booking all three.
Gloss after color, and how we sequence it
When you book color and a gloss together, the gloss goes last: color first, then tone and shine. That is the order the $55 after-color price is built around, and it is the visit most guests book when they want the finished result rather than a color that is still settling.
Every color service starts with a complimentary color consultation (15 min). Your colorist looks at your hair in the salon light, asks what has been on it, and tells you whether a gloss alone will do it or whether you need the fuller service.
Between visits
Gloss is maintenance, not a reset. It keeps a shade looking the way it looked on the day it was done, and it is one of the least expensive ways to stretch the time between full color services. Your colorist will give you an interval that suits your hair and your budget rather than a fixed number from a chart.

What guests say
I drive almost an hour to see Fallon Fitzpatrick for blonde highlights and it’s worth it. Highly recommend. The manicurists are also the best in the city.
I always get so many compliments on my hair! A huge shoutout to Miguel, who does my color. He genuinely cares about every single detail, and it truly shows in his work. Hair is so important, so I really appreciate that he takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. He listens, gives honest recommendations, and consistently delivers beautiful results.

Frequently asked
How much does hair glossing cost in Miami?
At Red Market Miami, a gloss or toner is $95 for 30 minutes. Added to a color service on the same visit it is $55 for 15 minutes. OI Liquid Luster is $45 (5 min) and a Davines Custom Infusion is $55. The color consultation is complimentary.
Is a gloss the same as hair color?
No. A gloss is a finishing service: it sets tone and shine. It does not lighten hair, and it is not a substitute for single process color ($150, or $160 in ammonia-free INOA) when you need coverage or a real shade change. Your colorist will tell you which one your hair needs at the complimentary consultation.
Can I book a gloss on its own, without color?
Yes. Gloss and toner is a standalone service at $95 for 30 minutes, and it is often booked between color visits to refresh tone and shine. Book online any time, or call 786-977-9838.
